First and for most, Tagel is a talented writer. Everyone was applauding and praising him for his work UNTIL he wrote something positive about EPRDF or Meles. I don’t think this is a fair judgement! Everyone is entitled to their opinion and they shouldn’t be crucified and discredited for their previous work. Tagel didn’t write not just about rich people…he wrote about social issues, heroes and other entertaining issues. Second, if our argument is that ‘Meles is sowing the seeds of hatred among us’, then, why are we helping him to succeed by hating each other? እሳትን በእሳት ማጥፋት ይቻላልን? In my opinion, criticizing his view on Meles is fair. BUT, tormenting all his previous works and his professional career is just out of line! As you might have guessed, I am a big Tagel fan!

How far we can go with out respecting someone’s idea? Why do you need every body to follow your only vision? He has a right to be what he want to be. you need to learn how to win his idea not his attitude. Rather it is better to show us what idea you bring to fight the governor body. Tagel is just one person and you are too.you guys may have different angle of view to see the EPRDF. you have a right to oppose as well he has a right to support, so what is your problem?

I know you and your family in Jimma. your father was accused of and jailed for years by EPRDF for the red terror crimes he and his friends committed in jimma when he was one of the jimma municipality heads.
